Shape Safari for Ages 8-10

Name it, then count its sides.

Shape Safari goes past simple shape naming into shape properties: how many sides a shape has, how many corners, and which shape fits a description. Knowing that a hexagon is the one with six sides rather than the flat one is what makes shape knowledge useful later in geometry.

The 8-10 level opens up the full shape set including pentagons, hexagons and octagons, and most questions are about properties rather than names.
